2013 has been full of significant changes. We have changed our name, our brand, our service, team structures and processes. The road has not been easy, each team member has given 100% and through it all we still have smiles on our faces. Together, we have increased our business, brought the online payment industry to a new level and we are very pleased with our achievements.
We are also fortunate to have received support outside our team efforts. We want to thank each and every one of you, our valued customers and partners, for your loyalty, support, feedback, assistance and patience. Every change has been made to better assist our more than 4,000 customers and strengthen cooperations with our partners. We have also focused on the consumer's perspective which can be see through this year's launch of Paytrail Account. The account provides consumers a faster, better way to pay online.
This Christmas, in the spirit of giving, we have joined with the Uusi Lastensairaala association and Anders Inno in supporting the New Children's Hospital in 2017 fund raising campaign. The deteriorating Helsinki children's clinic treats seriously ill children from all over Finland and their little patients and dedicated staff need a new hospital. Donations of any value are accepted and will be used to buy supplies needed to construct the new hospital.
It is time to join in the Holiday celebrations. When we return, we have some interesting plans to enhance our service that we look forward to sharing with you. We wish you a restful holiday and the pinnacle of success for 2014!
