Because refunds are a part of everyday business for most of our customers, we improved our service by adding a new refund function. In the first stage, refunding is possible with online banking payments. In the future, the function will be expanded to include other payment methods.
The function can be found in the Merchant Panel’s and you can start using it right away! Please make use of the instructions or call our Customer Service and they can assist you in getting started.
The new refund function in a nutshell
- For all types of online store: The function is available via the Merchant’s Panel and via an API which can be implemented within the online store’s platform. The API documentation is available so that preparations can be made for the technical implementation.
- Partial refunds also possible with a few clicks: With the service, you can refund a specific product amount or any another amount, which makes partial refunds easy. Refunds require only a few clicks and save your valuable time.
- Smooth flow of funds: After you make a refund, the amount refunded will be automatically deducted from your upcoming settlement.
- Refund amounts deducted after completion: The refund function is part of our normal service package and it is available to all our customers. The refund costs have not been included as a part of transaction fees or commissions. Refund amounts are deducted once they have been completed. The cost of a refund is 0,93 € per completed refund transaction.
Positive feedback during the test phase
We've gone down a long road before this release. The function has been designed with care and during its implementation was tested by some of our customers and their consumer customers. Throughout the process, we've done all we can to make sure that its functionality is as good as it can be and easy to use for all parties.

The refund function is not compatible with the current XML interface
Please note that the refund function is not compatible with the XML interface. You can make refunds with the new function, but the information will not be included in the XML accounting reports. For this reason, we do not suggest using this function if you use the XML interface.
If you do however want to make refunds easily and still receive accounting reports directly to your accounting program, it will soon be possible with the Merchant API interface. The same interface will also make refunds possible directly from the web shop platform.
