Paylink
- Paylink.fi is a payment solution created in partnership with Finnish software company BitBot Oy and Paytrail.
- Paylink is included in Paytrail’s monthly fee, so it’s free when you have a Paytrail agreement. Use Paylink alongside your online store or booking system at no additional cost.
- Paytrail charges the standard transaction fees for payments.
- If desired, you have a separate merchant account for Paylink payments with additional credentials, which cost 29,50 €/month (S-package 14,90 €/month). Additional credentials are optional.
- With a separate merchant account for Paylink, you can specify which payment methods are available.
Why payment link?
- Enables making payments anywhere and anytime - without an online store or payment terminal
- The customer gets multiple options for making the payment (online banking, card, mobile payment, invoice)
- Easy to use - the payment link is sent to the customer by email. Once the customer has paid, a confirmation is sent to the customer and a notification is sent to the merchant by email
- The link remains accessible until the payment is completed
- Secure - no need to provide card details over the phone

How Paylink works
Customers can easily pay via Paytrail’s payment link using options like online banking or credit card.
1. Create a payment link in Paylink under Orders > New Order.
2. Once the link is created, click Lähetä pyyntö sähköpostilla to send it directly to the customer via email. Alternatively, you can copy the link and share it through any channel you prefer.
3. Once the customer has made the payment, a confirmation is sent to them and a notification is emailed to the merchant. The order will be marked as paid in Paylink.
