Good to know before getting started

  • With Paytrail Omnichannel, you can manage both online and in-store payments under one agreement.

  • The agreement includes one payment terminal. Additional terminals cost 20€ per terminal per month.
  • The agreement term is 24 months.
  • During the initial phase, the terminal operates as a standalone device. The purchase amount is entered manually before the customer completes the payment.

Activating Omnichannel as a Paytrail customer

If you’re already a Paytrail customer, you can activate the Omnichannel service directly through the Merchant panel. Simply go to the Omnichannel tab to get started.

Select the pricing plan that best suits your business:

The Omnichannel S Plan is a starter option designed for new merchants and small business owners. It includes a monthly fee of 34,90 € and transaction fees of 0,50 € per transaction + 3.25%.

The Omnichannel M Plan is ideal for businesses with higher transaction volumes. It includes a monthly fee of 79 € and transaction fees starting from 0,50 € per transaction.

Our payment service is flexible and suits a wide range of business needs. It can be used in online stores, digital services, booking systems, pop-up shops, and restaurants.

The payment terminal functions as a standalone device. By default, it isn’t connected to any other systems. Payments are processed by manually entering the transaction amount, and the terminal printout serves as a receipt confirming the successful transaction.

If the merchant wants to provide a receipt that includes product and VAT details, an additional solution such as a POS system or another sales application is required to generate the full sales receipt.
