There's an issue with card payments - the situation is being investigated

We have detected an issue with card and MobilePay payments made through our payment service. The issue concerns some payments made by consumers on 13.4.2021 and their related charges.

The issue is currently being investigated by both Paytrail and other relevant payment providers. We will notify our customers as soon as the issue is resolved. We will provide progress updates our website.

For the time being, an error message has been added to our payment page for these payment methods.
