A 25,5% VAT is added to the monthly fee. Transaction fees and commissions are VAT-exempt (0%). For direct agreements with a payment provider, transactions are subject to 25,5% VAT. For payment methods with a commission, the commission is calculated from the full payment amount. Prices listed apply only to businesses registered in Finland. Pricing may differ for businesses based outside Finland. You can change your pricing plan once every 12 months. Transaction fees and commissions are not refunded when a payment is refunded.
*Pricing may vary based on the number of manual payments per month and will be agreed upon separately with the customer.
**Businesses must have a separate agreement with PayPal. PayPal charges its own fees, which are not included in Paytrail’s pricing. Paytrail transaction fees follow the pricing above.
