Paytrail’s Response to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The exceptional global crisis of COVID-19 is being taken very seriously by us at Paytrail. We are closely and extensively monitoring the situation.
Our most important task now is to maintain and secure the functioning of our online payment service so that the majority of Finnish online businesses can take care of their customers and business as best they can.
We are also doing our part to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and protect people. All of our staff are working remotely. Our network connections and tools allow us to continue to do business as normally as possible. Business travel is currently prohibited and all our events have been canceled for the time being.
We have not yet detected any congestion in our customer service. However, we appreciate your patience if the situation changes as COVID-19 continues.
