The card and MobilePay payments issue has been resolved

The cause of the issue with card and MobilePay payments made by consumers on 13.04.2021 has been determined and fixed.

Both Paytrail and the card processor have investigated the situation and the cause was determined to be in the local card processor's back-end systems.

The card processor will make the necessary corrections to these payments for consumers by 20.04.2021. No action is required from the consumer or merchant in this situation.

The error message on our payment page has been removed.
